We welcome applications throughout the year for all program levels, from Creche to College. Our dedicated admissions team is here to guide you through every step of the process.
Six simple steps to joining the Grace E. Schools family
Step 1
Visit our school front desk at either campus to obtain an Admission Form or schedule a tour.
Step 2
Fill out the Biodata Form with accurate information about your child and family.
Step 3
Your child takes an age-appropriate test to determine the right class placement.
Step 4
The Principal or Head Teacher meets your child to learn more about their goals and background.
Step 5
Our team reviews the application and sends an Admission Letter via email to successful applicants.
Step 6
Accept your child's place by reviewing the fee schedule and paying before the specified deadline.
Please prepare the following documents for the admission process:
Original and photocopy of your child's birth certificate or age declaration.
Most recent report card and transcript from your child's previous school (if applicable).
Recent medical examination report including immunization records.
Four recent passport-size photographs of your child.
Valid identification document (National ID, Driver's License, or International Passport).
Transfer certificate or leaving certificate from previous school (for students transferring from another school).
Age Range: 6 weeks to 2 years
Infant care for babies and toddlers in a safe, nurturing environment.
Age Range: 2 to 5 years
Early childhood education program including Nursery 1, 2, and 3/Reception.
Age Range: 5 to 12 years
Primary 1 through Primary 6 comprehensive education.
Age Range: 11 to 17 years
Junior Secondary (JSS 1-3) and Senior Secondary (SS 1-3) programs.
Applications are accepted year-round. However, the main admission period is between April and September for the new academic year starting in September.
The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeks from submission of application to receiving an admission decision.
Yes, we accept mid-year transfers subject to availability and successful completion of the admission process.
We maintain small class sizes to ensure individual attention. Class sizes vary by level but typically range from 15-25 students.
